hospital/water breakage

Yesterday a few minutes after getting out of the shower around 430pm, i felt a small gush of liquid and looked down and had liquid running down my leg and white watery discharge on my thighs. I wiped it away and thought maybe it was just my mucus plug or discharge or something. But i had a steady leak all night last night and all day today. Also today while at work I could feel small gushes every time I walked too fast or moved too suddenly or bent over to pick something up or sometimes just while I was sitting/standing there. And i keep having sharp vaginal pains. They don't last long but they hurt enough to take my breath away and make me stop what im doing. I really hope I'm not that girl that goes in just to be sent home. I probably wouldn't even go in yet except im step b positive so i need to get the antibiotic if my water has broken. i called before i left for the hospital and they said better safe than sorry and that i should come in. hope im doing the right thing! really nervous!

Its best to go in!! I felt the same way and had onky a slow leak. They ran a swab to make sure it was my waters leaking and sure enough it was! Good luck mama and relax!! Hopefully you'll be meeting your baby soon!
