Nervous

I'm a bit nervous that I may be having contractions, I posted earlier about cramps and they are getting worse. I'm also feeling more and more like I'm going to be sick. I get this really sharp pain shooting up my back along with the cramps, I've also noticed my stomach gets harder while having the cramps. They get worse when I walk. I'm 25 weeks nearly 26. I've had Braxton hicks for the past few weeks and these don't feel anything like them. Is it possible for Braxton hicks to get painful as the pregnancy progresses? I'm sure he's ok, because I've felt a lot of movement this morning. But nervous and will probably leave work early to go to the dr.

I plan on it the Hospital here doesn't really have l&d but the ER is usually very quick with these things I'm waiting for my replacement to come in at the moment

You should probably go get checked just in case. If they are contractions, they need to be stopped as soon as possible.

Go straight to the docs and ring l&d asap if you think you are having contractions, the sooner they know about it the sooner they can try to stop your contractions. The longer you wait if you are having contractions the less likely the docs will be able to stop labour and you don't really want labour at 25/26 weeks. Good luck :)
