hot flashes?

Im 29+6 and have been sweating all day long. I have my central air on full blast and im still sweating!! I dont get it its like i am having an internal heat wave!! Uts 12:52am and i cant sleep im so hot im sitting on the floor in front of my vent letting the air hit me... i took a cold shower and have tried everything i can think of! Am i the only one going through this????

I'm always hot during the night. I sweat like crazy I sleep in front of the fan too. Sharing a bed with my husband makes it even worse! During the day I get a few hot flashes Nd for that Dr told me I need to drink more water. But no help for the night body temp.

I live in jersey and the weather has been in the triple digits with the heat index i dont leave my house unless i really have to! But its 1 in the morning it should be a lot cooler!!

Lol im sure my husband is gonna wake up and ask me what in the world am i doing with my pillow on the floor? Lol im laying right by the vent when i lay in bed i instantly start sweating!!

I started sweating at 24 weeks and have not stopped since. It's from the extra hormones in your body, and depending on where you live, the weather (my city has been under a heat wave for almost two weeks now) cold showers, freezies, and as weird as this sounds, hot tea. The hot tea will help to regulate your inner temperature to match your outer temperature.  Which doesn't work all the time, but it helps for a little bit. Just make sure you keep up with the amount of water you drink so that you don't become dehydrated!

No your not I sweat all day and take cold showers. I feel so hot I drink cold water and stand in front of the fan. Im 32 weeks and at night i sweat so much even though I have all my fans on.
