how did your doctor tell you to track your kicks?

My doctor said once a day at least get to ten in an hour is fine but I don't feel thats enough tracking. Now with my friend losing her baby this last weekend I'm even more nervous. I've fortunately been feeling my pretty girl so much that last two days. I started drinking the boost protein shakes again. I swear those make her super baby. :) love it!

My midwife always told me 10 kicks within every 2 hours. She usually reaches 10 within like 5 minutes or so of her starting to move.

She was 34 weeks. They're not sure but they think that the umbilcal cord got too twisted :( seriously so sad and so rare to happen. baby was 5lbs too.

Okay im going to do that. I just hope she doesnt have anymore lazy days where i barely feel her. she'll literally goes four days kicking and moving like crazy then 3 day ill feel a knudge here and there and her body slide a little. We did a stress test the first time it happened and it freaked her out soo bad i swear thats why shes breech now. She just wanted to sleep and get away from the machine. I may have found a trick to get her to move that doesn't involve a stress test and thats a spoon full of syrup haha isn't that weird!? She doesn't move if i down juice or eat a bowl of icecream but she sure moves when i have pancakes with syrup.  so happy i found her weakness :D
