I'm having a boy and my skin hasn't changed at all, its still just as clear. I just think everyone's pregnancy is different.

My first was a boy and my acne actually went away with him now with this one I have horrid acne I'm not sure what it is yet but either way its different every pregnancy

Same here! But... Nothing much we can do except continue to keep our face clean and drink more water and cut back on unnecessary sugars!
