Down syndrome testing :-/
Went to the doc for my first prenatal visit and they did so many blood test & urine test it was just rediculous.
Also they sent me for a down syndrome (First trimester screening) im really nervous about. Is this just a routine check or should i be worried about something?? Anyone got this done??

Well im in NYC and they do it through blood test, guess it'll just be like another regular day at the doctor's office.
Hopefully they dnt take another 8 tubes of blood out again that was just rediculous, sooo much just for the first visit.

It's only normal if you tell them you want to do it. The down syndrome testing, that is. They're supposed to give you the option to do it. They can't just make you do it without asking. At least, here where I live they can't.
i got it done , its just part of the first triamester screening ! Nothing to worry about !(:
