Experiencing sharp pains in my left breast.. Quite scary and im scared to breath for a few seconds as i wait and they come and go. Its usually after suddenly lifting myself out of my seat or when i am sweeping. Its happened a few times now and its worrying me :( anyone else experiencing this??

Its most likely your milk ducts preparing for breastfeeding hun. If it is too bothersome, bring it up to your OB.
