how long?

How long after labor does it take for your stomach to go back to normal? Is it giggling at first?  What does it look like? I'm scared lol

My doctor wanted me to gain a good 50, my average weight is 130 but I had an eating disorder before becoming pregnant so I was only 107 pounds and going down. Lol. But I ate healthy the whole pregnancy, my body just needed it I guess! But I'm 8 pounds over my average weight now. So I did good (:

It's usually squishy like a water bed for a few days since your uterus hasn't gone down yet! But after about the 4-6 week mark it just depends on your eating habits, how much weight you gained and exercise. I was tiny 107 pounds and flat tummy before pregnancy, now I have a pooch and am still 138 pounds. I gained almost 70 pounds so I'm not doing bad and I don't mind it but it can definitely take some time but every woman is different (:

Wow that's crazy lol I know very few women have that luck. My mother was flat after giving birth to me  and my brother I was like wth. Hope I run with same luck. Thanks girls

I was like amberlynn. My stomach was flat right after I gave birth and got weighed a week later and weighed 15 lbs less than I did when I got pregnant. Guess I was one of the lucky ones

everyone is different. my stomach went flat right after my son came out. lol the doctor was so shocked. I'm skinnier now after giving birth than i was before i was even pregnant. lol but now i'm just working on toning my stomach up a bit.

Everyone is different its squishy at first but I got a belly band wrap and the night I had my son I wrapped my stomach to help my uterus strink. I kept it wrapped tight everyday for a few months. It helped me I recommend it if your worried about it.

Mine took 2 months. Depends on the person and how active u are. U look pregnant after u give birth lol or at least i always do. Ive even had my landlord ask me wen im due AFTER IVE ALREADY GIVEN BIRTH! :/ It shrinks up quite a bit after a week or so though, then just takes time for ur uterus to contract back down to its normal size :)
