Is it low near your pelvis? If so a hormone called relaxin is released to make ligaments stretchy to give the baby room to grow and be delivered.  This makes it to where your joints and pelvis may bot align correctly. I sleep with a pillow or two in between my legs and it helps.

It could be a urine infection....or just the way the baby is laying on a nerve or something if it keeps up I would go see a doctor
