how many of you got pregnant again after miscarriage within 1-2 months?

i just had my 1st miscarriage friday and was wondering how many of you got pregnant quickly afterwards? i got my bfp monday and miscarried friday, i was only about 5 weeks along. how many of you were around 4-5 weeks when you miscarried? what should I expect? i had 1 bad day of bleeding and cramping and now I feel ok. I seem to just be having my normal period now. i feel like i am going to ovulate regular again, but who knows. i am new to this and hope to get pregnant again very soon.

I've had 2 miscarriages in 2007. I had one at 5 weeks, then got pregnant the next month right away (I ovulated right on time but unfortunately miscarried again at 10 weeks). waited 1 cycle and got pregnant right after that and now I have a healthy 2 month old baby. Some women's cycles never get thrown off and others may be odd for a month or 2 and then return to normal. It just depends. But I am very sorry for your loss!! It's very hard to go through that, even when it's early on. I hope you become pregnant again soon and carry your baby to term! <3

Hi, I am very sorry for your loss, i mc when i was about 9 weeks but knew the baby had stopped developing at 7 weeks, it just took that long for it to happen naturally.  I then had to wait 6 weeks to get my next period (i have a long cycle normally (35days) so it was not that unusual).  I then got pregnant on the 2nd cycle we tried as we decided to leave trying to conceive again until after my first period. So i guess you could say 3 months after i mc. I have read that you can be more fertile right after a mc and that lots of people get pregnant right away afterwards but i do think it is up to your body to determine when it is ready.  I also think that the further along you were the longer it may take again to ovulate and get your period again.  So as you were not to far along it should not take you too long to get your period.
My mc was fairly straight forward i had two weeks of nothing until one day light spotting the next bad cramps and heavy beeding with clots - past the sack that afternoon and then 2 more days of light spotting with no cramps.  Hope all goes well for you and i wish you luck for next time.
Lauren 18weeks and 2 days.

I miscarried in April 2006. I had a period. Then I got pregnant again, after only trying once. My daughter is now 15 months old!

sorry for your loss.  after my first MC i got pregnant again within 2 months but that resulted in another MC.  i then waited 3 months and i am now almost 6 weeks pregnant, hopefully this one will work out.

you should wait at least 1-2 healthy cycles to give your body some time to rest.

After my first m/c it took until the third cycle. After the second m/c it only took one cycle.
