im 12 weeks and im not really showing either. With your first pregnancy if this is your first you do not show as fast. All i feel is bloated, and some days i show more than others.
with my dd i didnt show til i was about 7 months or so
my belly really popped by 9 weeks. i had a small little pouch by 6 weeks though of course.....i had twins.
With DS, I didn't show much until I was 5 months - at which time I popped!
This time around, I'm only 6.5 weeks and I'm already getting thick around the middle. And I FEEL huge!!!!!!
If it's your first pregnancy, the popping usually happens later rather than sooner.
Is this your first pregnancy? With my first, I didn't really look pregnant until I was about 7 months. With my second, I started showing around 5 months. With this one, I was in maternity pants at 3 months! If your pregnancy has been uneventful and healthy so far, you have nothing to worry about. Everyone carries differently, which accounts for all the different looking pregnant bellies. You could have five women who are all 17 weeks, and you'd all look different! So many factors effect when you show - where the placenta has attached, the tilt of your uterus, the size of the baby, how much weight you've gained or lost, your stomach muscle strength, etc. Just enjoy not needing those lovely panel pants for awhile! :-)

I am currently 14 weeks pregnant & my belly really started to show when I was about 12. There are a few girls here at work that are also pregnant & we are all due within a few weeks of each other. One of the girls started to show earlier at around 10 weeks & then when I was 10 weeks & wasn't showing much I was a little concerned as well, but one of the other girls who weighs probably around the same as you didn't start to show till last week & she is currently 19 weeks, so she woulda been around 18 weeks when she started to show. They say that all women are different & every pregnancy is different. So I wouldn't be too concerned if I were you. Hope this helps a little. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy!
