Yes your fine to go about all daily activities :) if your not used to heavy lifting then avoid lifting anything over 60 pounds or anything akward to lift like moving a bed or couch that would cause strain to ur body
Yes. I lifted 60 pounds or more almost daily throughout my first pregnancy at my job, my midwives never ever said anything about a weight restriction and didn't have me stop working till 38 weeks. You're fine to continue your normal routine.
