how much tuna?

How much tuna are you aloud to eat I need more protein in my diet doctors think I maybe getting diabetes this time around but to early for them to check so anyways just wondering I don't want to eat to much!

Beef jerky is good. Just watch the salt intake. I don't think it's too bad on the baby, not sure, but can be really hard on you and cause a lot of water retention.

I eat a lot of beef jerky very high in protein I'm diabetic and have to eat lots of protein for my sugar to level.

Chicken and turkey breastfeeding is actually higher in protein than tuna and completely safe to eat as much as you want. Also nuts of all types are good as well.

It is good! :) and that's the only part I could remember was it had to be the lite tuna :)

Not over two cans a week and only light not white. Tuna contains too much mercury to safely eat more.

I eat A LOT of tuna. One of my cravibgs. My babies are perfectly healthy.
