how often???
For the mommies who's doctors told you to kick counts, how often during the day did you keep tract of them? I'm a FTM and my doctor wants me to start doing them.
You're welcome...Basically just time how long it takes to get to ten kicks. I do mine once when baby is active and then again once baby isn't so active bc it gives me a good idea on babies movement habits while awake and asleep. :-)
Lots of doctors say different things, at my office it's 10 kicks in 4 hours but when I had my first the doctor I went and saw said 10 in 1, so as long as baby is moving then you're good. My doctor always says to do my counts at a time when baby is most active since they do sleep a lot.
