How soon after having a baby can you get pregnant ?
Physically it can happen right away, within a few weeks of delivery. But it isn't recommended. Becoming pregnant before the body has a chance to heal and recover leads to a significantly increased risk of miscarriage, pregnancy complications, preterm labor and birth, low birth weight, and maternal death. Using contraception to prevent getting pregnant right away is super important.

Well, pretty much right away although I would never go against doctor's wishes and have sex before I got the green light that I was healed. And I also wouldn't purposely put myself though the crazy of two kids less than a year apart. My boys are 15 months apart and that is crazy enough!! (for me, anyway). good luck
