Perfectly fine to continue. Just dont get dehydrated.  And take it easy if you start to feel worn out, you may get tired a bit quicker

Yes i usually run long distance. But i just got pregnant so i didnt know if there was a different risk or if there was one when it came to a baby that has been developing as to one that is just starting.

Have you been running since before you were pregnant? The only exercise that is safe is the ones you are used to doing - so if running was your routine it's safe! Just make sure you keep hydrated, don't get too hot, and are keeping up on your calories :) good luck!
