I lost mine at 27wks, mild contractions within 20mins, labour 3hrs later. They stopped it 3 times over 2 weeks and I've continued to loose more but contractions are under control. Dr says I'm closed but super soft and could go days or weeks yet.

They say that with 2nd time moms, they go into labor hours after losing it.

Unfort the mucus plug isnt a good indicator of labor. It can be anywhere from hours-weeks away. I lost my mucus plug with my first daughter at 37 weeks and went 10 days over.
