did anyone have bleeding

Hi everyone...I'm 6 wks and have had heavy spotting and cramping for a couple weeks.  Went to doctor on the 3rd for US and everything was normal.  Going back Monday to make sure everything is ok but wondered if a lot of women have bleeding and cramping in the first trimester.....I'm so worried and really need advice from anyone that has experienced this...thanks!!!!

I had some spotting and pain at 5 weeks. I was scared and needed to be reassured things were fine. So I had an ultra sound at 5 and 6 weeks. The doc saw the heart best the second time and said everything was fine. I was scared cause for me the pain was a 10. I still cramp a little but I feel better since she saw a heart beat.

I'm not sure it's really normal, but if baby is looking good, then there's got to be another cause for why you're spotting, hope you get some answers hun!
