Cut out greasy fatty food.
I drink soy milk because I crave it! I like the taste...my mother is a nutritionist and you absolutely CAN drink soya milk while pregnant, cows milk is also good as it has more calcium than soya milk, but like I said I drink it for taste.
Don't drink soy milk as stated above its actually not good for you. If you don't want to drink regular milk try goats milk or almond milk. But unless your lactose intollerent there's no reason for you to be drinking something other than cows milk.it's not going to make you unhealthy
I'd drink plenty of water & milk! Eat your vegetables & fruits some nuts! Some yummy soup!
My meals today-
Bran flakes + soy milk NO sugar
Handful of unsalted nuts
Banana
Cous cous, grilled chicken and veg
Glass of orange juice
Baked potato, grilled fish and mixed salad
\Natural yogurt + honey
