how to fix my back pain?

My back hurts in one spot a little to the left of my spine, half way up. I'm 27 weeks +5 days.. no matter what I do sit, stand, lay or walk, it hurts.

Any suggestions?

Thanks, I'll see if my insurance covers chiropractic treatment. I'm gonna wait it out, maybe it will un-pinch itself lol

Try going to a chiropractors office I'm going through the same thing I have a pinched nerve that's about torture and thats what my OB is referring me to...you can always call and ask the MA what they would recommend and see if that helps
