Lactation cookies, mothers milk tea, fenugreek or blessed thistle supplements. Also drink a TON of water, it makes a noticeable difference!
My SIL said to drink 1beer everyday and the yeast would help produce more milk. I do if that's true or not though. But she's almost 2months postpartum and wasn't ever able to breastfeed until this time around her 4th baby.
My mom would tell me to drink hot choclate lots or eat tortillas with queso fresco cause shes spanish
Increase your fluid intake..drink plenty of water
You can also try the mother's milk tea and lactation cookies
Pumping isn't a good way to tell how much you produce. Because a pump isn't the same as a baby's mouth. That's what my doctor told me..
The more you feed/pump the more you will produce.
Are you exclusively pumping or breastfeeding also?
