how many weeks am I really?
ok, so based on my LMP I am 7w 4d preqqo today... today I went to my first prenatal appointment, through the vaginal ultrasound, the baby measures 6weeks. why is this??
Your baby might just be smaller than normal right now. It can change as
the baby grows. My lmp and ultrasound dates are always different because i have small babies (5 1/2lbs) this is my 3rd. Just go off whatever date they give you.

definatly as clysta said you would have ovulated abit later in your cycle, early u/s are right on with the dates
