Just pray that God will give you a healthy baby! You cant always prevent it. Most miscarriages in the first trimester are due to chromosomal abnormalities. Think of it like this, you wouldn't want your baby to suffer with some kind of horrible abnormality right? God will take care of you.  Anything that happens is always for the best. Take your prenatals, eay healthy, and just relax. Have faith. Praying for you love :)
