It may/may not speed things up, but you can try chamomile tea and dates! Or red raspberry leaf tea(don't drink too much of this at once though or you will have crazy Braxton hicks!!)
Hi, I think you and i are on the same schedule! I am due christmas day. First baby as well. No thinning yet for me either and I'm at 2.5 cm but never have had even a braxton hicks contraction yet. We are having a little boy too! I have been told to enjoy being bored bc it will never happen for me again. Haha. I have written letters to the baby and made him a baby hat. Little things like that help. You have the nursery in order? If not, concentrate on that, make sure your hospital bag is packed, pick out his coming home outfit, and get together with friends while you have time. Wish you the best!
I try to stay busy to keep my mind off it but I just hurt to bad sometimes
I know it sounds ridiculous, but try journaling all your frustrations and worries and walking as often as possible. It helped me a lot around the 37 week mark with my daughter. I was so over being pregnant. I just wanted to be done and have her in my arms already.
Its so hard. Ive had so many problems im just ready to meet my son. I guess im just even more un impatient because this is my 3 rd pregnancy but first baby.
You're not in labor because your baby isn't ready mama. You're not even at your due date yet. I know it's hard but try to be patient, you'll get there soon:)
