Peppermint! I promise you it is a life saver!! We bought a HUGE plastic container of them. Whenever I started to feel the urge to upchuck I would pop a peppermint ASAP and it literally made me stop. Peppermint will also ease headaches if you suck on them and lay down, hold them against the roof of your mouth. Ive had sickness my whole pregnancy (26wks now)... but a few months of sickness for a lifetime with my baby girl seems like a fair trade off :)

I feel your pain girl!! I went through this exact same thing from my 5th week straight through to the beginning of my 3rd trimester. Have you tried a combination of unisom & vitamin B6? I know it sounds crazy and easier said than done but the best thing to do is EAT. Keep a little something in your tummy at all times. Even if you throw it up as I did, your baby will at least absorb some of the nutrition. I couldn't keep down water either- I opted for small sips of ice cold chocolate milk. I also took acid reducer & tums. I couldn't even keep my prenatal vitamins down. Get as much sleep as possible as sleep deprivation can make nausea worse, the unisom which also eases the 24/7 morning sickness will help with rest. Other things to try that helped me a bit was crunching ice chips & milkshakes. Smell mint or suck on something mint like lifesavers. Trust me, I understand how even the THOUGHT of putting something in your mouth makes you gag. I literally threw up 10-15 times a day. No one could talk about food without me wanting to retch. I couldn't even see food commercials on tv!!
If you genuinely can't keep anything down all weekend then call your OB first thing Monday morning. You might have hypermesis, a rare but serious condition that can cause dehydration that requires hospitalization....but I doubt it. I went through it and didn't have it. It does get better Babe!! I promise!! Big Hugs!!!
