how will i know?

So how will i know im in labor? Im not scared at all of labor and i feel very at ease in my mind with the thought of it. Whats freaking me out is not knowing if i lost my plug or my water broke or if im having contractions. Basically im scared of going to the washroom and poping my baby in the toilet like that show 'i didnt know i was pregnant'. Thank you, any replies would be awesome! Btw im almost 32weeks is that too early to loose my mucus plug?

I didn't lose my plug until I was in active labor and my water broke at 8cm with #1 and at 4 cm with #2

It's normally a gradual thing but everyone is different lol you should lose your mucus plug a while before it happens though, so after that start preparing yourself to go into labor at any moment. sometimes they end up having to induce you though. Idk about when you lose the mucus plug, maybe around 36 or 37 weeks

I've been told "you'll just know". Lol so Idk. I'm afraid I'll wake up in the middle of the night with contractions and totally not be prepared. I hope it's a gradual thing
