Just eat little snacks through out the day when you feel hungry. Like a granola bar, or yogurt or some fruit. I mean we are preganant right? Lol so when we feel hungry thats your baby feeling hungry. I always feel like this too but before when I wasnt pregnant I'll hardly feel hungry. But now I am! Lol

Drink ice water and if im still hungry after then I eat
I eat when I'm hungry. I stick to my 3 main meals but snack through out the day. If I dint eat when I'm hungry I get nausea which isn't fun when I'm on the bus
