i dont know what to do, im bleeding

I'm almost 5 1/2 weeks. And today I started spotting, just when I wipe, and a few drops on my pad. I'm not crampy or anything. I'm kind worried bc I had a misscarriage in July. What should I do, help

Something weird happened with my post on this question and somehow ended up on my facebook account, and I'm not set up for this! Does anyone know why this might have happened? I share private information with people on these boards (hence I am anonymous) and I am not happy about this.

Go to the er if you can't wait for a doc appointment.

I had a m/c in Sept of 2009. I just woke up with a horrible back ache and was bleeding bright red and heavy. Unfortunately, there was nothing they could do for me in the ER.

My next pregnancy I started bleeding really heavily again and called my midwife the next morning. My levels were going up nicely and she called me out prometrium because my progesterone was low and dropping. I had several first trimester ultrasounds to put my mind at ease because I ended up bleeding for nearly the whole first trimester. It was soo scary! If you can call your doctor tonight or in the morning and see if they can work you in. Take care and let us know how things go. Try to rest until you can get an appt with your OB.

Sorry to hear you're worried and stressed. Can you go to the ER? I had some back pain at the beginning of this pregnancy which freaked me out and I went to the ER and had bloodwork and an ultrasound done. It really helped to set my mind at ease.

I have also had a miscarriage before so I undrstand your fears. Take good care and try not to stress too much. Some women do spot during their pregnancies and go on to have healthy babies!
