Vegetables have calcium... lol and try tactose free milk
Almond milk. And tums. You're going to take them for heartburn anyway
Have you tried soy milk? It's lactose free. I also can't do dairy so my Dr recommended soy milk and I've been able to hold it down.
You should be taking a calcium supplement pill if not already. I would consult your doctor about your calcium intake And go from there
You could try frozen yogurt. That might satisfy your ice cream craving without all the calories and sugar of ice cream. I've had trouble with dairy this pregnancy too. There are lots of vegetables that have calcium as well. You could also try calcium fortified cereals or juices.
Idk if your on wic but if you are you can tell them about it... or u can try some lactose free milk... I have to drink it because when I was little I was lactose and tolerant when I found out I was pregnant it started back up one thing that helps me is try chocolate or strawberry milk it helps me but try the lactose free milk so you can get the calcium
I know...it's weird. I can put milk in meals and all that but the cup of milk makes me sick and always has. I've had Bordens chocolate milk but that sometimes makes me sick too. I've tried like everything and nothing seems to do the trick. I don't have money to get supplements just yet. Have to wait till next pay check. Its all so expensive.
Really? I love milk lol.. I drink at least 2 or 3 glasses a day! I crave it. I also can't get enough yogert and I eat sour cream and cheese with just about everything lol
Maybe calcium supplements like Caltrate D.
