Missed Misscarriage

I am just looking for some advice. I just found out yesterday through an ultrasound that I have had a missed misscarriage.  I was about 10 weeks but the baby died at 8 weeks. I had no signs that anything was wrong. I am really scared and am not sure what to do.  I feel so lost now.

I also have had a MC at around 8w this is very difficult to deal with. I am so sorry for your loss I know what you are going threw. Just know that this is your bodys way of saying there was something wrong with the fetus and nothing you did wrong. Your body knows what it is doing and will not let you down. It took me a year to get pregnant after my MC. I know have a healthy 2and half year old and another on the way so there is hope out there. Hope you sre doing ok and good luck trying again.....

I'm so sorry Sarah :(. I lost my baby at 6 weeks I felt the same way, just so lost and confused. Please know you are not alone. So many of us here have experienced a miscarriage. It is NOT your fault. There was nothing you could have done differently. This things happen, it isn't fair :( most women will experience one miscarriage in their lifetime so hopefully it means you got your devastation out of the way now and you will never experience this again. I'm so very sorry for your loss. If you ever need to talk please DM (direct message me on the site) I lost my baby at six weeks and then it took 34 months to conceive again. I now have a 4.5 month old girl :)

You will be in my thoughts and prayers
