i neeeeed help.

Is it true that if you eat hot & spicy foods your baby will come out hairy??? & also is it bad for the baby for the mom to be under alot of stress?

Spicy food doesnt make baby hairy.... Its all abt acidity.... If u r havin acidity prob probably ur baby is goin to b hairy.... I knw dis bcoz i hav severe prob of acidity n.evry1 around me says ur baby vl hav large no. Of hairs on shouldr n back... Nw lets c whether its true or nt

I heard if you eat a lot of spicy food your baby can come out with acid reflux which hurts the baby a lot. but I doubt itd grow hair due to spices lol I heart if you have a lot of heartburn that means you have a hairier baby lol

The first one is just a myth and yes it is bad for the baby is can also cause preterm labor if its really bad stress like death or relationship abuse and it can cause mental and developmental problems later on in life

Yes it is bad for you to be under a lot of stress while carrying a baby. It causes high blood pressure. But about the spicy food idk Inever heard that.
