i went to e.r...help

So around 1:30am i start having contractions then had sudden urge to poo n as im havin the runs n contractions im vomiting a lot of yellow burny feeling throw up...go to e.r around 2a.m cuz my left arm n.left leg been numb since 7:30ish yesterday so they monitor me everything is fine bp fine urine fine n lab work is ok so around 6am i got checked n guess what ladies...IM 50% EFFACED N A FINGER TIP DIALATED but got sent home hour after being checked cuz contractions didn't get closer....SO.NOW THAT IM 50% effaced n 1/2cm dialated how can i bring back my real contractions...doc appt 5/23 5days left

Walk a lot mama! I bet by tomorrow morning you'll be much more dilated, mine felt exactly like that when I was in labor, also, standing up and swaying back and forth will help the baby move farther down into the birth canal!

im 39w2d im out on a walk hoping i dialate more i go in 4 39w3d check up in the morning

How far along are you? I assume far enough to go into labor, and what you were having sounds VERY promising, that was exactly how I felt in real labor, sometimes labor progresses slowly, walk a lot, up and down stairs, have sex, things like that! Walking really helps, so does bouncing on a ball! Good luck hun, you're almost there!!!
