ice cream cravings
Ugh!!! I want pralines and cream from baskin robins but every time I have ice cream I get sick :( lol this is torture!!
Lol thanks for the tip. Everything I crave always turns into something I regret eating. Hot wings gives me the same issue..the heart burn is just too much so I gave them up about 2 weeks ago
I feel like crap after I have ice cream as well. I picked up some tums so the next time Im craving ice cream I will pop some tums afterwards and hope it works. I love my ice cream : )
