It's fine, I used it plenty of times during this and last pregnancy because it helped with back pain.

I always get to hot and then cool the water of a little then i get cold and say screw it and just shower lol

Lol yea I can't stand too hot of a bath or else I'll feel like fainting lol

Those are just fine to do because you regulate the baby's heat as long as you aren't burning it's  fine

They r kinda the same I think icy hot just has it combined so it will be cold with u apply it then get hot

Im not sure of these are the same thing but i asked my midwife if i could use 'Deep Heat' or 'Deep Freeze' for my legs and she said no. Like i said im not sure if there the same as what your describing!

OK cool yea my 2yr old had me going up n down 2 big flights of stairs the other day n we were walking around for an hour or so n my calvs r so sore n my feet got swollen Lol

Ohhh yeah it is i also have been using bengay, like icy hot, on my back bc I have scoliosis and it is killn from this baby lol

I think it's ok. Just don't use it often I used something similar a few times for mine too. Just make sure it doesn't have a pain reliever like nsaid or whatever the stuff is in ibuprofen
