Okay thank you!!!! Laying on my side is helping but ima continue to feel for symptoms. I got the number on hand in case it continues.
So I pulled out my pregnancy book that my ob gave me. I looked up preterm labor and what to do if you're experiencing it. And how to tell if you are.
What it says as in signs. Low, dull backache. Four or more uterine contractions per hour. Contractions may feel like; menstrual cramps, sensation of baby rolling up, increased uterine activity, abdominal cramping (with out without diarrhea) , and increased pelvic pressure (with or without thigh cramps).
Thats all word for word from my book.
It says if you experience any of these symptoms, lie down on your side, place a hand on your lower abdomen and feel for contractions.if after one hour, these symptoms continue, contact your provider or l&d immediately.
Try drinking some cold water, go lay on your left side and time them. If they seem like they aren't going away and the pain is getting worse you may need to call labor and delivery amd explain whats going on, and how far you are. They'll tell you what to do from there.
I'm 27 weeks. I haven't timed them. N yes it is started of mild cramps n the pain increased
Kinda sounds like contractions. How far along are you? Are you timing them, and is the pain increasing at all?
