posterior baby? csection risk??

Every time i take a step i feel a bone in my back grind and make a popping noise. :( ive read that this can be caused by a posterior baby, which could also be why im not dilating properly. :(

Ive read posterior babys are more likely to need help when moving into the birth canal with the vacuum or forceps :( and sometimes depending on how big baby is a csection may be needed. I honestly believe this baby is more than the 6 lbs 5 oz they said she was last week. Her little butt is too big to only weigh 6 lbs! :(

Anyone else deal with posterior baby before? And how was your labor and delivery?

I was in early labor for a week or so. Then active labor for 18.5 and I pushed for an hour tops.

Active labor?! :|

Ive been in latent labor for at least a week now. Ugh.

With my first it took 23 hours of labor and 3 hours of pushing (only because i was so exhausted i kept passing out.)

I was in labor for 18.5 hours. Not too long, but long enough that I felt completely drained afterwards.

I definitely believe the slower part! :/ i cant remember if my first was posterior or not. I think she was but i was induced so of course it was more intense on its own.

My daughter was posterior, my son is as well. I had a vaginal delivery with my dd,but I had horrible back labor. To my knowledge, posterior babies aren't at a higher risk for c sections, delivery might be a tad more painful or slower to progress.
