Put some crackers and ginger ale next to your bed. Before your feet touch the ground in the morning eat and few and drink a little bit and get out of bed slowly. That  may help. Or talk to your doctor about nausea medicine.

Ginger is great for nausea. I drank ginger ale and ate starbursts (the fruity sugar really helps) that was the only thing that kept the nausea from getting to bad.
