I'm allergic to everything it seems haha from dogs to grass haha and I called my dr today and she told me to stop them because they are too strong for the baby

It possibly can. You most definitely need to ask you allergy doctor and get approval from your OB. Not anyone on here can really tell you. I know that you're allowed to take some meds like Zyrtec and Tylenol....I take Zyrtec.
