So paranoid...please HELP

I am currently 25 weeks pregnant and i barely feel this baby move. On Friday i was at work at it was moving constantly kicks or punches here and there...even a girl i work with felt it...since then i have barely felt anything, if anything, and i usually feel it at night or very early in the morning....i went to my OB on Wednesday and the HB was at 150, she was hearing my HB over the babies because of the way it was positioned....but she said that my ultrasound was perfect and the baby is growing the way it should be. Now, should i be worried that i am not feeling very much movement???? I asked my OB and she said that after 26 weeks i should feel it a lot more....someone please help, i'm soooooooooo worried.

I think we've gone through this before. Your baby is still able to find places to hide. Also they just like regular people have sleep cycles and some days they grow more than others and may not feel like kicking up a storm because they are resting. I'm 37 weeks and sometimes my daughter still doesn't want to move too much some days... as long as you feel it move is what matters. Usually if you feel it going crazy one day the next day or the day after you wont really feel anything because its tired. Also babies have the time that they like to be awake... mine is awake almost the whole time from 11pm-4pm and then during the day I dont expect much (unless it is an active day)... as long as it is moving during the times it normally does it is fine. Stressing so much about this honestly isn't good for you or baby so try to calm down. Maybe buy a book like "what to expect when expecting" since that should be able to answer all these questions and again invest in a doppler.
