For diarrhea BRAT "diet" bananas rice applesauce toast. I haven't had to try it yet because I'm dealing with constant constipation sometimes i think diarrhea would be better because at least when you get the pain to go something comea out

Losing weight the first trimester is common. Due to bowel movements/ nausea its sometimes hard to get or keep things down. Its just important to try and have small meals more frequently as for diarrhea i have something doc gave for it without medicine let me find it real quick

I wouldn't be too worried.  I also am below average weight since I've lost weight being pregnant.  Mostly because of changes in my diet for the baby and trying to stay active.  From what I've been told by my doctor it is common to lose weight during the first trimester.  Btw I'm 13 weeks. And if I was you I'd be thankful for being able to go every day. I could barely go at all most days.
