induced on 7/28

So I'm getting induced on the 28th a week later from.my due date. My doula said I could wait another week and that I could mention it to my dr. But I want to keep it for the 28th. I've heard that is harder for ftm if they induce you! :( what do you guys recommend me to do like exercises or safe stuff that I could do so that my baby tries to come before Monday?? My dr. Also said that last wednesday I was dilated 2cm.

Im due tomorrow and still 0cm dilated my doctor wants to see if i go into labor on my own so i been walking and i heard eating black licorice, pineapples, and spicy food jump starts labor so im def gna be trying that
