I think only option is to get used to it :'(
I've tried everything there is to get some sleep :( I'm 25 weeks and in college I get 2-3 hours sleep if I'm lucky and struggle through college from half 8 until 4 o clock and I've exams coming up in 3 weeks :(
Ive tried everything. Nothing seems to help except waking my partner up for some latw night sex. I know tmi but its 100 percent only thing that works om those nights
Its 2.40 here i m still wide awake
Tonight I went to sleep at around 2ish and woke up at 330,because the hubby was super loud getting ready for work and now its 4 am and I'm wide awake like I just ran a marathon. ;( this is crazy I love and cherish my sleep. Thank you extra crazy pregnancy hormones. The journey we go through for motherhood :)
Iv been like this since I was 6 weeks I'm 14 weeks now, I feel your pain!
What worked for me is almost no sleep one night
I usually fall asleep after 5-6am and would wake up around 11am and that was it
I would be tired as hell all day but couldnt sleep
So i set the alarm for 8am one morning
Was tired like never all day
But i fell asleep at midnight
Worked for few days and now i m back to insomnia
Gonna try setting my alarm tomorrow again
Having sex, and rocking my leg, helps. Im not with my fiance tonight so rocking it is
That sounds like a good idea I love vanilla scented candles I use them with my bath their so relaxing
Ok I'll give all these a try....and maybe go.pick up a lavender candle tomorrow those usually soothing when I have a headache and need to get some rest. Thank you so much :)
Yes it's completely normal most pregnant women go through this at least one in there pregnancy.. Just try not to drink or eat anything after 7 get all fluids before them to minimize bathroom trips clear your mind and much as possible and try to find your comfortable spot before trying to go to sleep. If you can help it don't nap during the day and maybe even take a walk like an hour before bed and have a warm bath or shower to relax.. I hope this help I had insomnia for a few weeks in my first trimester and all these helped me
