help!! freaking out!!

HHello everyone..I need some insight..I was two days late for af that was due on the 10th, with usual symptoms of early pregnancy Iike sore boobs, nausea.took a hpt I had a faint bfp. Took 2 more by 12th still FAINT bfp. Monday confirmed I  was pregnant by dr. Well (TMI) my bf and I had sex tuesday night And Wednesday morning I noticed spotting. By that afternoon it started showing up on pad so I went to hospital. U/s showed nothing and quant test was 75..sent me home to come back only if it get worse. By Thursday it got a little heavier so I went back and was told to expect a chemical pregnancy. I returned a few hours ago which was a week from Initial bleed. Wanting answers to why I have been spotting ever since and hpt was now a strong positive. Quant test showed levels of 207..increase but not by much. All they could tell me was that im too early to determine anything..has anyone else have this happen? Could it be chemical pregnancy? Ectopic? Miscarriage? I havent had any pain or discomfort just the spotting the size of a quarter everyday..I need answers!!! Cannot wait til sunday to retake test
