is imodium safe?

This might be tmi but I have been having an upset stomach and diarrhea and would like to know if it's safe to use imodium?  I am 33w.

Bananas work for me when i have diarrhea. Idk if its safe or not. But i THINK it is on my safe list from my dr

Maybe take some iron look into things that can cause more like constipation symptoms to counteract such as cheese...not sure of the answer to the immodium stay away from fruit or anything fatty
