is it normal to have lower back pains at 6weeks pregnant?

before I even found out I was pregnant, I been having lower back pains, they aren't sharp but they are there and worries me. I been having them for about 2weeks or more. I am 6weeks right now. they feel like when I would have my period. sometimes I get cramps in my lower abdomen. ppl tell me it's probably my body getting ready for the baby. this is my second pregnancy but the first had no symptoms just fatigue and heartburn. I have my first appointment on the 20th, til den i'll for sure know if everything is fine. also ppl ask me if im really 6weeks. they say im showing pretty fast. is it because it's my second pregnancy? with my first, I started showing at about 6months. I just pray to God everything is fine with my lil angel inside of me! any suggestions? I really dnt like ther lower back pain :/

thank u! yea there isnt any bleeding/spotting. just the dull lower back aches.  my last pregnancy was in 2009 which was just recently so yes maybe that's why I'm showing so fast! ppl tell me maybe I'm having a boy this time and that's why I'm already showing. I think those are just myths tho! sometimes I even think I feel movement but i think I'm probably just hallucinating!!

yes you show much earlier with subsequent pregnancies as you tummy muscles have already been stretched, as long as your not having any bleeding or passing clots the dull ache your experencing is most probably due to your uterus expanding, and preg hormones relaxing your ligaments
