You dont have breast milk till the baby comes, but i cant remember the name for it right now, its a clear fluid, premilk is what i call it. Its normal, some people dont start having their boobs leak till second trimester, it is possible to start leaking in the first trimester, wear breast pads if you're leaking quite a bit.

Are you sure you're seeing breast milk? I'm 6weeks & 5days, and I haven't had any breast milk yet. Just tenderness.

You can get your period while pregnant. But, any bleeding is worrisome. If I were you I would get to the hospital ASAP, it could be a miscarriage. Good luck and I am sending positive thoughts!
