Sleeping on your left side

I've read that it is better to sleep on your left side while pregnant.
During the night I wake up and sometimes I'll be on my back or right side.
I'm only 14 1/2 weeks pregnant and it doesn't hurt to sleep in those other positions. Should I be concerned and make more of a point to sleep on my left side?? Or does it not matter if it doesn't hurt?

Thank you!!!

Ya that more of a concern closer to labor. It's a technique they use if the baby starts showing signs of stress during labor. Your totally fine. I generally sleep on my right side. It's best to prevent your back after the first trimester because the weight of the uterus on your veins and arteries can cause oxygen deprivation in the baby but this would be for long periods of time and worse closure to labor.
