i always have hard booggers, in my nose and they never come out when i blow my nose. so i have to pick them out, but when i take them out its always bloody boogers... ! and jus today i had a nose bleed :(
plus my nose is always stuffed up for like tha first have of tha day, than it'll go away..
any advice, or does this happen to any one else.. ? is it normal

I thought I was the only one lol. I'm constantly picking it out because it gets to stuffy & hard inside my nose. & a bloody nose as well. It's annoying

Yes try the nasel spray, just the saline kind, should help u a lot

I have the same problem it's very normal, my doctor recommended a saline solution said it'll help moisten your nasal cavity and reduce the bloody noses
