is it ok to eat ?
Is it okay to eat chicken helper (cheddar broccoli)? As i was reading the ingredients, i noticed it said it has blue cheese in it which my doctor said stay away from! Any Help Please ?
Its unpasteurized foods that you need to stay away from some cheeses as feta, blue cheese, etc just like eggnog or unpasteurized juices you need to watch. They will say it on the box or bottle. Hamburger helper is perfectly fine
I definitely eat blue chesse and me and my baby are fine I still east hamburger helper .. If your concerd call your doctor ...
