is it poss misscarrige again

Hi ive had 3 miscarraiges years ago but have a son whos now 3 but pregant now again last period 25th feb 2013 was in hosp for scan 2 days go said saw sac no heartbeat but i looked more like 5 weeks nurse sai from scan done but today got small bit of red blood twice and brown blood when wiping after going tolet ive a slight dull pain in lower right pelvic area and down my leg feels uncomfortable my levels were checked yesterday at 3800 or somethin been checked again today are these signs of early misscarrige so worried here

I went for a scan at five weeks & they couldnt see a heartbeat but i assume thats normal as i'm now 13 weeks. At 8 weeks i had some blood and completley paniked! Especially as i've had 5 m/c most recent in dec 2012. Every little bit of blood or cramping is classed as threatened m/c. I hope you're ok & everything turns out good :) xx
